We completely agree that stock availability should be reflected accurately on our website, and we’re actively working to improve this to prevent similar situations in the future. Thank you for your feed back. We can see you emailed after office hours on a Friday and had a response on the Wednesday. This is our standard 2-3 working day response time currently as we have a higher volume of emails during sales.
We can see you were offered a discount but opted for replacements of the items instead which have now been sent.
