Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately, we are unable to individually price each package that goes out so we have a 'general' postage price for all items. Obviously we are charged by the Post Office for the 'signed for' items, which is extra. We are looking into the problem of the refill replacement. I have now looked into the problem of 'damage' when inserting refills. I can only assume that rather than unscrewing the bottle from the unit you have just pulled it out as I can see no other explanation as to why the unit was damaged. Denise Guy

Sorry the couriers let both us and you down. THis is a fairly rare accurence. It is usually Agency drivers that cause the problems as they don't know the round and will still get paid even if they don't deliver all the parcels. Unfortunately, sickness and vehicle failure sometimes forces Interlink Express to use Agency drivers and your experience is the result of that. Sorry Kind regards, Bob
