Products were good, but some of the packaging was damaged which was disappointing given that they were purchased as presents

I am sorry to hear that your package arrived damaged. We take enormous care wrapping your packages, and we use strong boxes and lots of bubble wrap and tape. Sometimes though the postal services do seem to be extramely rough, and occasionally things do get damaged. If you raise the issue with us directly, we will try and put things right.

I expected excellent service, and "think I got it"!
Only received half the order with no explanation as to when i will receive the other

Sorry about that. Both packages were sent on the same day, but it is not uncommon for packages to take different times to arrive. We don't understand why, they just do. I have e-mailed you separately, to suggest trying the local post office, in case they are keeping it there. Otherwise we will assume it is lost and send a replacement.
