We are very sorry to hear about this issue you had, as this has not come up on your file we have been totally unaware of how you felt you were treated. This is not how we want our customers to feel when we call them. I can only apologise for how we made you feel on that occasion. We do sometimes have to speak to guarantors when payments are late but we aim to talk to all our customers with respect. Thanks for your honest comments. We do try to make customers aware of arrears as soon as possible to avoid any problems. In recent weeks, we have began to leave more time before we attempt to contact customers as payments can sometimes be delayed. Kindest Regards.
