Etwas umständlich
Im Vorfeld wurden leider keine Check-in Daten übermittelt. Erst durch telefonischen Kontakt vor Ort konnte man uns helfen, das ist leider etwas ärgerlich.

Als das Problem dann gemeldet wurde kümmerte...

Efficiente il servizio di Zen hotel nel correggere un mio errore.
Per puro errore ho omesso di includere la “mezza pensione” per un soggiorno. Ho contattato il servizio clienti , che ha corretto secondo la mia richiesta…
Tornerò in futuro a prenotare tramite questa ...
