Process was seamless arriving, dropping off keys and getting the shuttle to the airport. It was the same experience when I landed. Only downside is the price but you do get an excellent service.

Not worth the money.
Long queues at check in nearly missed our flight! No trolleys in the car park to wheel our luggage to the reception office. On return journey no assistance to help with putting cases on the bus, drive...
