Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns. The point you have raised about the fly button breaking and the fit are two important points. We are already looking at tge quality of buttons, rivets and zips on our jeans, so this just confirms that we are doing thee right course of action in upgrading them.
