Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns. We were disappointed to see that you were not happy with the quality of the mens jewelry. I have had the Q.C ream check the Spiral Bracelet and also mentioned the quality to the buying team. Your coments were useful as we are starting to select jewelry for next season, soit will help us to focus on quality as well as great design. i would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your orders over the last 3 years, they are very much appreciated by everyone here.
