This one star relates to the time it has taken for them to arrive, not the product. I have not received them yet but will behappy to write another review when I receive them.

Love the bed pads, delivery is rubbish, ordered on 26 July, still waiting on 31st.

I am sorry to hear you have seen delays with your last two orders. We have spoken to Fedex again this morning and they have admitted to attempted delivery on Friday but unsuccessfully. They are going to attempt redelivery today. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
