Thank you very much for taking out an cycle insurance policy with Yellow Jersey although I’m very sorry that you had difficulties with the website. I am pleased that our staff were able to deal with your request over the phone whilst I resolved the problem. The website has only recently been launched, and whilst my team took care to thoroughly test it we obviously missed the set of circumstances that prevented you from being able to login to the self-management area. I have identified the issue that caused this problem and have developed a fix for it. I am sorry once again that it prevented you being able to fully manage your policy online, but thanks for letting me know about this issue.
