The delivery time was unclear on the website, so the product did not arrive in time for an event we had ordered them for (infact, they haven't arrived at all yet)

I am currently investigating the reasons as to why your delivery was delayed and we are awaiting our warehouse team to perform a full audit into your order from when it was placed to when it was dispatched.
