On two occasions the required stamps have not been available! On one occasion we were not informed there would be a delay.

Firstly, please accept my apologies over any inconvenience caused in the delay receiving your stamps. Upon investigation, it appears that the stamps you had originally ordered were being discontinued as Royal Mail had revised the colour of the First Class stamps.
However, the lack of information you received regarding this was unacceptable and I will ensure that your comments are passed on and request that matters of this nature are dealt with more proactively going forward.
Can I confirm you did receive the revised colour First Class Stamps after they had been added to your order?

Thankyou for your feedback. Please accept my sincere apologies regarding the incorrect items you received.
Upon further investigation, it would appear that there was incorrect stock mixed in with the correct items in our warehouse. To have this happen not once but twice is unacceptable.
However, I am pleased that this problem was finally resolved for you after all of the incorrect items were manually removed.

I had to collect my parcel from a post office. This was very inconvenient. I expected it be delivered to my house in the normal manner. It would put me off using the service again

Here at The Post Office Shop, we strive to provide you with the best ordering experience possible and this also extends to the delivery of your items. When items are delivered by our courier, a signature is required upon delivery as proof they have been received by the correct person. If you're not home to accept your delivery then they do leave your parcel at your local Post Office.
In light of your comments, I have passed them on to our Logistics Team to investigate alternative ways of delivering your items.
