One of the items ordered was shown as "in stock" but received an email to say ot wasn't available - even though it was till showing as "in stock"! Situation not helped by the fact that this item also...

Thankyou for your feedback. Firstly, please accept my apologies over any inconvenience this may have caused.
Upon investigation I can see an item in your order was no longer available as it had been made obsolete from our product range. However at the time of ordering we did have stock of this item available, unfortunately it was allocated to an order placed prior to yours.
We have removed the product from the site now to prevent further instances of this happening.

thank you for your prompt reply and the refund, both were quite unexpected. I did use the dividers but only after reinforcing the "tabs" with thick card, it took ages ! I haven't changed my opinion of the dividers, thus the product rating below. I have changed my opinion of PostOfficeShop because of YOU. Well done, you understand what good customer service is and, even better, actually provide it. I will use POShop again and that is entirely down to you. Sincerely C M Jones
