Better off at a local solicitor

It was a convenient informative but we felt that there were hidden charges and advisor was more of a salesman, wanting to " upsell."

We are very disappointed to hear that you are not entirely satisfied with our service. Thank you for speaking with our head of customer services yesterday so that we could address your concerns. We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the pricing, and are pleased that we had the opportunity to clarify why we couldn’t afford to write your Wills, a Trust and four Lasting Power of Attorney documents for £160. We offered to refund you the £160 if you wished to have the documents produced by a solicitor instead, which you declined. We take on board your comments regarding your advisor’s style and will follow this up with the appropriate action. You now have the direct contact details of our head of customer services who is overseeing your account, and I hope that we will impress you with our service moving forward.
