Product arrived relatively promptly, didn’t think the packaging reflective of a ‘luxury’ product.

So sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the packaging, we usually take care over this so I was disappointed to get the feedback. During promotions we are usually quite busy and it may be that in a rush to get the order out promptly, we didn't take enough care with this, apologies. I am so glad to hear you are happy with your wrap and hope you enjoy wearing it.

Hi Sarah,
Yes. The wrap arrived in time for my trip, and I wore it every night. The evenings were cool, and the restaurants were freezing cold with their air conditioning turned to high.
