Speedy delivery & lovely boots

Making progress! Second Customer Service colleague promised to follow up then cut me off, third colleague promised to follow up and did not call back as promised but fourth colleague Victoria did follow up and did email with feedback. Well done! With luck the item might be tracked in the next 5 days. Aiming for far more stars to be given as will hopefully be well deserved.
