Thank you for your feedback Elaine. We ask for feedback for both the booking process and also later for the property and stay itself. Feedback is important to us to help us improve where necessary and to provide assurance that we have things right - clearly in this case you're not happy to provide feedback and so far have not had a great experience - the date of 20th August is based on your booking date. We appreciate that we live in an age of everyone and with AI presumably soon everything, asking for feedback, and this can get quite tiresome. We have switched off any requirement for feedback for our lovely little property in the centre of York you are coming to stay in, and wish you safe travels and hope you enjoy your stay with us. Thank you for your lovely feedback Zachary - we usually ask for two forms of feedback, one on the booking process, which you have received, and one on your stay. I know we all seem to get requests for feedback all the time - feedback from your garage (how was your car service), feedback for your deliver (did we deliver well..bla bla), probably feedback from the traffic lights (how was your crossing!!). Feedback for our service is important to us, as is feedback on the quality of your stay and the accommodation, but we won't bother you to ask you for any more feedback now.
