Thank you for your feedback and apologies you have experienced some issues getting in touch with us.  We have had feedback from other customers that for some reason Hotmail is automatically putting our email confirmations in Spam/Junk mail folders.  So in the first instance I would advise you to check the spam/junk mail folders to see if the orginal email confirmation we sent is in there.  I have also just sent you another email with your policy documents and schedule attached.  Once again, many apologies for any inconvenience caused and please do get in touch with me directly by email at customer@wedinsure.co.uk if you need any further assistance.

Thank you for your positive feedback and we are glad you rated the service so highly.  We have had feedback from other customers regarding our email confirmations going into junk/spam mail folders.  This seems to mainly occur with Hotmail and AOL email servers.  We are currently working with AOL and Hotmail to try and resolve this issue.
