Thanks for your review! Yes, our CBD oils are oil based therefore 'watery'. Sorry to hear it didn't help with your sleep - as it is a food supplement it can take a up to 3 months for this to work. It's not a quick fix, so we suggest keeping up with it for a minimum 3 months as part of a relaxing bedtime routine. Thanks for your positive comments regarding delivery and packaging. Team Ethos.
