Thank you for sharing your feedback.
On the release of the TT 2019 sailings, the island's telecommunications provider had an issue with their ISDN network which impacted incoming landline calls to the Isle of Man. We along with other Isle of Man businesses were unable to take incoming calls. Customers could call us, but we were unable to answer. This resulted in delays and customers being unable to get through on the phone.

i dealt with Jamie and could not fault him he called back when he said he would (which is a rare thing theses days ) found us hotel at quite short notice

The hotel that I wanted was double booked overnight. They found 2 other hotels for me and phoned. I rebooked with one they recommended.
