Hi James, Firstly thanks for leaving the review on behalf of your father Norman, as a growing independent business customer feedback is very important to us.Your phone call two days after purchase lead us to believe you were more than happy with the guitar. It’s not until now we have learnt of your concerns which is disappointing as we would have liked the opportunity to resolve any issues you may have had at the point the guitar arrived with you. We endeavour to ensure our guitars are dispatched looking and playing the best they possibly can. We undertake a series of checks with every guitar we ship; your Tele was no exception which is why I am very surprised to hear your comments.
