Arrived today, either Royal mail are to blame or used as an excuse for not receiving item. No proof offered confirming any attempt by royal mail to deliver item. 10 days waiting and several phone calls followed by blaming RM. Only changing my review
because customer services sorted out order but not worth the hassle.

Have tried to contact them by Phone AND email, they dont answer the phone or reply to emails, the juice was advertised as aniceed, tastes like mouthwash

Hi Phillip. You contacted us on Friday the 24th of January through our website to say that, in your opinion, this flavour tastes like toothpaste. We replied back on the Monday the 27th of January to advise to let the eliquid to breathe for a couple of days as the menthol might be too strong for your liking (The breathing period will lessen the strength of the menthol element). We haven't heard anything back from you since then.
