It took 5 days to arrive. Royal Maulbwould have been next day. Coffee nice but not worth £14

Hi Nina, thank you for your feedback. I apologise it took so long for your delivery to arrive. With Hermes delivery it's standard 2 day delivery However sometimes there is delay to this system. I will be raising your delivery with our Hermes account manager.
