The UK has a system where before they can use a gym they have to go through an induction (for safety purposes). By the time building organizes an induction for them, your stay will be over. Hence, building management does not provide access to the gym for short let guests. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you due to the leak but it was something out of our control.
