Beautiful glasses. One was broken already when it arrived. I emailed the company and they quickly sent me a replacement. Very happy with the service.

Goods delivered broken
I bought 6 glass dessert bowls which were delivered with two of them smashed to pieces. I immediately informed BormioliRocco but have never received any response. Very disappointing.

One damaged and not replaced
I ordered 8 glasses, one arrived damage and I have sent 2 emails containing proof for another glass to be resent and have received no response from them, hence the 3 star review.
