The process was very simple. You pick your own time length, interest rates, monthly payment and you\re pretty much done.

Lower interest rate
I was able to lower my interest rate by almost 1% and will cut 3 years off the life of the loan. Customer service was always helpful and the disbursement happened quickly.

Process was fairly easy, and all online, which is good. Would have liked it to be a little quicker... but overall it was a good experience.

I think i will enjoy working with yall. You were quick to get the refi sent over but a little slow in the underwriting. I can understand that due to the Covid thing.
