The delivery was ok but I contacted customer services about unsatisfactory plants. They asked for order details as couldn't trace my details. I replied with order reference but did not get any further

I have had a few issues, but customer care has been on the ball and sorted issue promptly. Garden ready plants are a little small, but do develop quickly if treated correctly.
