I know that the plants were free (except for postage), but I didn't expect them to mostly die off within days of their arrival and potting on into small pots. Very disapointing!

Beautiful, strong healthy plants received, ready to plant.

The begonia plants were not available but all the others were - arrived in great condition and are doing well in the garden - in baskets because of slugs and snails - wish you sold nematodes.

About half of the small plants arrived dead. They will be replaced but not sure if they will be 8n time for 5his season.

Hello, once again we would like to apologies for the condition in which you received your Perennial pack. I can confirm that my colleague has replaced these for when our next possible delivery is available which is anticipated to be during September 2017. Unfortunately, as you have stated I would not expect much of a display this season, however this should give the plants plenty of time to develop and give you a stunning showing next season. In the meantime, if there is anything further I can help with please let me know.

Hi, please accept my apologies that your Buddleja Buzz plants weren't good on arrival. I have arranged for replacement plants to be sent out to you when the next crop arrives. This will be by the end of August 2017 at the very latest. Sorry for your disappointment. Regards, Anne

Hi, it doesn't make any difference if your plants were free and you just paid P&P or you paid full price, your plants should have arrived in perfect condition. I have of course replaced your T&Ms Choice Perennial pack. I hope that this meets with your approval. The replacements should arrive by the end of September at the very latest. Regards, Anne

Not a great experience

Sadly out of over 200 plants purchased, I only received 24. Monies have been refunded but too late to order from another.
