Great content, very helpful

Hi, thank you very much for your feedback. We're very pleased that you found the content so helpful. We appreciate all feedback as we endeavour to ensure our services provide value for money. Previous customer feedback has indicated that the online version of the booklet was preferred for practical and environmental reasons, but we constantly review our policies and will certainly take a note of this.
