The Loans Engine were very easy to deal with throughout the process, I got a good deal on my loan and I was kept informed all the time. Definately recommended.

Two weeks after completion still not received all the money
Never rang back or emailed back when they said they would, still not resolved two weeks after completion.

Hi,
We are really sorry to hear of this, the lending firm issues the money, we are the broker that arranged the loan and we will chase the lending firm immediately for you. This is most unusal, as our lenders will normally release funds promptly after completion, usually within 1 to 2 days at the most.
A team manager will contact you as soon as possible, we will contact the lender and find out what has happened and also ask them to contact you.
