The process was not the easiest. It was more drawn out and complicated than getting another loans but Matt communicated regularly and often. This raised the scores for me.

For me there were too many irrelevant checks which were totally unneccessary making the experience not nice.If we had an alternative, we would have stopped the process.

Complicated but they did it!
