No confirmation email 17 days later
I still haven't gotten a confirmation email... I tried to book this on March 9th it is March 26th now and I still don't have a confirmation email. I actually need to cancel this trip now though...

Very helpful and patient
I had an issue with my card processing the down payment initially being that I am in a different country...the staff over the phone were so helpful in fixing this issue immediately. I am now booked...
