They put the wrong measurements of the product on the website. Consequently they are of no use to me. Now got to repackage the goods and take to collection point for the return.

Sorry that you are not with the service that you received from us. The information on the product is supplied to us by the manufacturer and we were not updated of the 10cm size change on the hand towels, this has now been rectified on the product.
We have apologised to you for the error and posted out a free returns label to you to send the items back at your convenience.

Hi
We informed our couriers of the issue you had with the driver at the time you contacted us and they assured us that this is not standard practice for their company and apologised to you for the service that you received form their employee.
After investigation the driver in question was a temporary driver employed during a busy timescale and has since left the company after his contract was terminated and not issued as a permanent employee.
