Really sorry that you item has arrived broken. I have looked through our emails and I can't see any correspondance from you informing us of the damage. Can you send us an email to enquiries@taskersgroup.co.uk along with a photgraph of the damaged item and we will happily send an exchange.
Got these amazing lights which were delivered in good time. Would have been 5 stars but they delivered to my home address rather than work even though this address was confirmed on the confirmation...

When I placed my order they did not inform me that an item was out of stock it was only a week later they informed me of this which I wasn’t happy with !
