I like the way it makes my skin feel

It makes my hands soft and it doesn't take a large amount for it to work. While it initially feels greasy, once it's completely rubbed in, it no longer feels that way.

Poor delivery service

I placed my order on 9th February, payment was taken on 10th and I received an email stating it had been dispatched. It’s now 19th Feb & it hasn’t arrived

We shipped the order immediately using our free shipping service. The tracking number for your package is LJ590166265US which is a combination of USPS service and your local postal office. We clearly state in our FREE shipping terms that delivery is between 10-22 days. Your order is still within this window. The fate of the actual delivery is in the control of the UK postal service and completely out of our hands. We hope it arrives soon and that you will reconsider your negative comments about our service. We try very hard to help people with Eczema. Thank you - Less Itch, More Smile!
