Great product, poor shipping
The product is fine but the shipment was sub-par. The bags arrived 4 days later than promised and one of then had broken open making a mess and probably making the bag unusable.

We always try our best to keep our customers up to date with any shipping issues, on this occasion your order left us on time and complete so we did not expect any problems.
