The perfect wardrobe doors

The service was excellent from start to finish. I had ordered two sets of doors (for 2 bedrooms). The lady rang to make sure I hadn’t made a mistake and only needed one set.

On Reflection

Once installed the doors look very much the business. My only issue was when opening the very long box containing the tracks, they were packed metal to metal resulting in a scrape line when removing...

Hi Gordon, Glad to hear you are happy with the product and thanks for the positive review. I'm going to look into the track situation for you. What you say makes sense, but my understanding is that separators were removed a few years back mostly for cost but also environmental reasons. The tracks should be packed 'base to back' though, so that if scratching or rubbing did occur, then it would be on the underside of the bottom track and the top side of the top track, both of which are hidden from view. Dear Gordon, thanks for the kind review. Sorry to hear about the track scratch. The cardboard separation was removed a few years back to save cost and also for environmental reasons. The tracks should be packed back to back though so if any rubbing did occur, it would be on the underside of bottom track and top side of top track, both of which are hidden from view once installed.
