Upkeep of properties. full disclosure of total cash needed at check-in (include the room tax). agreed upon committment to be able to drop luggage in morning.

Great!!
Everything was great- apartment, service etc etc. We had 2 small issues & SII immediately got an excellent repair person to come by almost immediately & fixed the 2 items.
