Ordered Skinora products for my Step daughter for Christmas as she uses them. Obviously she likes the products and I will probably buy her some more for her birthday.
Every time i attempted to order was told i needed a consultation although i had already had one. Had my account reset. Today 28th £30 taken out of my account? No idea what for as my cream was £110

Our systems would not take an amount of £30 from your account unless you had placed an order for an item to this amount. There is no other way this amount could be deducted since we do not take your account details at any point during the checkout process.
We have also checked our account and our merchant provided who confirms no additional payments were taken. We have sent a reply to you advising of this and requesting you contact your bank for further information but have not heard back from you.
We state on our website a consultation is required before purchasing any medical grade brands this is a requirement and ensures safety in the skincare service we provide to our clients. We also state this on every ZO product on our website -it is important because the ZO products contain a number of actives and we want to ensure any products that we recommend are suited to your unique skin type before you make a purchase.
