Good service

Very easy, staff were kind and understanding, return of the ashes actually only took a week. My only criticism is I thought I was supposed to be informed when the cremation was about to take place...

Quick, easy and efficient

Online purchase was easy, they quickly resolved a problem with my second purchase. A telephone conversation with an efficient young lady called Jenny solved the problem of my making.
