Shuttle Direct United Kingdom Commentaires

We are sorry to hear about your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you encountered. It is very concerning to hear that there was no driver at the airport, no clear pickup instructions, and that you were unable to reach us by phone. We're also sorry that the return transfer information was unclear, which led you to arrange alternative transportation at your own expense. We take feedback like yours very seriously. To help us investigate this matter thoroughly with our local service supplier, could you please contact us directly by email and include all the details of the incident? Once we receive your email, we will investigate the matter with our service supplier and get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize again for the poor experience. We appreciate the opportunity to look into this for you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your airport transfer experience. First and foremost, we are very sorry to hear about the issues you encountered. While we are pleased that you ultimately reached both the hotel and the airport safely, the experience you have described falls well below the standard of service we expect from our transportation partners. We take your comments extremely seriously, particularly your concerns regarding the driver's apparent fatigue and the unexpected pickup of additional passengers during your transfer. The safety and security of our customers is our highest priority, and the situation you described is unacceptable. Please be assured that we will immediately investigate this matter with our transportation service supplier. We will share your feedback in full and request a thorough explanation of the incidents, including the driver's conduct, the unauthorized passenger pickup, and the circumstances surrounding the driver's condition. Appropriate action will be taken based on the outcome of the investigation. We sincerely appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us ensure that our service partners maintain the high standards our customers deserve. Once again, we apologize for the distress this experience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration caused. For this booking, a shared shuttle transfer was arranged. This type of service operates on a pre-set route and schedule designed to accommodate multiple passengers. Because of this, it is not possible to select a specific pick-up time or pick-up point, as both are determined by the route planning and other bookings on the shared transfer. The pick-up time you were assigned was scheduled to ensure all passengers are collected efficiently and arrive at the airport within the required operational window, taking into account traffic conditions and other hotel stops along the route. While we understand it may feel earlier than expected, these timings are set to ensure punctual arrival for all guests. We’re sorry to hear that your request for a later pick-up could not be accommodated. With shared transfers, changes to timing are often not possible once the route has been confirmed. We appreciate your comments and will pass them on to the relevant team for review. Thank you again for sharing your feedback, and we regret that the service did not meet your expectations on this occasion.
