We are sorry you are dissatisfied with our service. We have listened to the original call and can confirm that our team did inform you it could take up to 28 days for any refund to be processed. We understand that this refund has now been made and we hope you have received it.

It's not about when I get the refund (but I was told a week) if my policy was cancelled within the 14 days, (which I did) I would get a FULL refund, I have now received a letter saying that the policy has been cancelled and that they are CALCULATING my refund! They say in their response that a refund has been issued(repayment to go back on my debit card) BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND

In December 2015 our Dandy Camper was lost in the Cumbria floods. Their assessor came out, wrote off the Danny, arranged to have it taken away. Shield then paid out 'top dollar'. Totally hassle free....
