Thank you for your review. We stoke on all reviews. We love an opportunity to improve. We understand how frustrating it can be not to have everything you need to install. We have discontinued sending our drilling templates while we search for a better solution to an issue we had. They are available as a download on each product page though. You can find information on fasteners under "what you will need" on the product page too. Thank you again for the helpful intel. Rock on!

I did find the template online, however I don't have access to 58” long sheets of paper, or a printer capable of printing the template to scale. I don’t suspect many others have these available to them either. Milling out the back of the mantle piece is easily the most critical step of the install, I stand by my opinion that something should be included to assist with mantle prep. Thank you for replying!

Oh man. Bummer you had a hard time. We do our best to make our brackets DIY user friendly, so thank you for your feedback on your experience. It is invaluable to us in improving our products and supporting information. Awesome that your mantel looks great!
Our initial shipment was empty. What, you say? Mysteriously, that’s what happened. An empty box delivered. BUT.... all I had to do was call and they resent the order- no questions asked.
