Yo Chris! Thanks for the review. We love to check our process and make sure we are doing what we said we’d do. We got your order March 5th, it shipped next day March 6th as promised. FedEx ground is typically five business days from Idaho to NY. An email with your tracking number was emailed when we shipped your order. We checked the tracking, it shows that your order was delivered March 13th, right on time. Regardless, we are throwing a refund your way shipping costs. Party.
