I'm sorry to hear of the damaged nibs in the set. I will pass this information on to the manufacturer. We have now refunded you for the set.
Delivery was incredibly prompt. The Penman Ink was spilled though it was wrapped individually in a small plastic bag, otherwise everything was fine and Scribblers service was good.
Excellent selection of calligraphy supplies and surprisingly quick and efficient shipping....actually better than North American calligraphy suppliers!
The packaging had to be replaced by Irish Post office. Very odd as your packaging is always brilliant. All items arrived in perfect condition. Thank you
