Many thanks for your feedback. We are pleased to hear you found our booking process effective and had an enjoyable stay at the Castle. We will most certainly be looking at our travel directions and website description to improve where appropriate. Our system sends automated email alerts for the payment of the Good Housekeeping Deposit, but as your payment reached us very promptly on the due date, the email alerts were not necessary in this instance. We hope we can assist with any future plans you may have to visit Scotland again.
