Dominik, I feel this review is unfair, and misleading. As you are aware, you hadn't received your goods, because when you purchased online, you supplied incorrect contact details. Consequently, when the courier attempted to deliver, on several occasions, he could not contact you. Eventually bringing the parcel back to our location. When we did finally make contact, and obtained the correct information, you instructed that you would collect the parcel in person. As of yet, you have not been to collect. We tried to contact you to find out what you would like to do, and your phone is not answering, and has an international dialling tone, so presumably you are now out of the country.
