We are very sorry to hear your experience was not to your expectation. This order was a clearance lantern on our website and unfortunately there was a human typo error when uploading the product to the website which resulting in the wrong colour being displayed online. We took full responsibility of the error and offered you a reasonable credit to keep the lantern in the incorrect colour. Alternatively we offered to collect the incorrect lantern and refund yourself in full. As this was a clearance lantern it was not possible to exchange for the correct colour and there is a significant discount in comparison to our made to order lanterns which were also on a approx. 3 weeks lead time whereas the clearance lanterns are on a 5-10 working days.
