Hi Erin,
Thank you for your feedback. I'm both shocked and upset to read this. I do see that you and your lead writer spent a great deal of time discussing your goals prior to the creation of your new resume. I also see we asked you a lot of targeted questions which you answered quite thoroughly.
We sent you a DRAFT of your resume for your approval on September 15th and have been contacting you to finalize it, discuss revisions for the final draft, etc; This Feefo review is the first response or feedback we've received from you. We are still in the draft-revision process and are eager to finalize your new resume...as a job-winning document you'll LOVE!
That said, the draft we sent you is on two precisely formatted pages. If you're seeing it as "almost 3" --something may be awry. I am going to e-mail you a PDF copy now...to ensure that it retains any lost formatting. Please also call your writer back and/or respond to her emails so we can move forward.
