We've identified the batch that your product was from with the date of your purchase and have not had any other problems. Our salons serve the product daily in their treatments and everything has been as normal. Once we receive your product we will send it to production for analysis and forward the results to you.

The product was sent back second glass today. Even though there are no more problems reported I ddI let several petiole smell the product and they agreed. I wouldn’t have complained unless I got the feefo promo I would have just ordered again and hoped for the best. Lots has been sent back as I found difficult to drink but thank you for sending another first class from Monday I will let you know when I receive this and feed back what the nest one is like. This product was sent back second class. I’m sorry I was the only one to find a problem. I did let more than one person smell. I wouldn’t have complained normally but I believe in being honest so apologies. I would have just carried on and ordered as I normally have for well over a year. I did allow more than one person to smell as I thought it was me and wouldn’t have fed back had I not have been promoted. I was going to carry on and just re-order even though I found it made me gag.
